Here are documents that you can download to read standings or to submit AHAP forms. You will need Acrobat Reader for the AHAP forms (this software can be obtained by clicking on the Adobe button below).

The standings list and the list of all submissions are MSExcel files that will be downloaded to your desktop. The list of all submissions is sorted by last name, so scroll down vertically to find your name and then horizontally to see all your submissions.
